  I never try to make things too complicated for Dunkin' workers for if they were smarter they probably would not be serving coffee for minimum wage. However, when I clearly spell out my order for the average layperson I expect it to come how I asked. The details aren't important, but I will say I had to repeat my order three times to the cashier, then the sandwich maker still made the food wrong and I had to send it back. 2 stars for poor service. Though I will say I'm an outsider, I've never been to this particular dunkin before. Other people in line who were likely regulars got much better service. To be fair I give three stars because it's a large dunkin with ample parking and a guest bathroom. On any other day I may have gotten better service.

  The employees were beyond lax, oblivious to being at work and lacking any professionalism. While the manager was pouring the tepid, stale coffee another circulated around her like a neglected lap dog blathering away at his ownership, use, possession, desire and available to purchase firearms.
